GUIDEs FOR BUYER SAFELY

THROUGH THE TRUST ACCOUNT SERVICE

 

1.  Registration

Buyer (and Seller) Associates (members) must register to view product availability and participate in purchase transactions. 

2.  Buyer Order and Response

Once a buyer has initiated an order, product availability will be confirmed with the supplier (seller) and the following information will be supplied in an electronic invoice:

3.  Buyer Payment

Buyer makes payment for Invoice either by Credit Card, wire transfer or by your bank's ACH service

4.  Seller Sends Order

Seller is notified to deliver product in accordance with instructions on the invoice.  Tracking of delivery is arranged with shipper.  Seller is responsible for all insurance coverage of product and delivery.

5.  Shipper Delivery Notification

Shipper notifies AgBASE and Seller of delivery, inspection and acceptance of product within 24 hours

6.  Seller Receives Funds

Within three business days of delivery, an electronic transfer of sale funds less brokerage fee will be made to the seller. Again, Seller is responsible for payment of freight and insurance fees.

7.  Transaction Completed
